Steve Carb – President/Chairman
Steve is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of Edinboro University with a BA in Business & Marketing. He is the founding partner of Giuseppi's Pizza & Pasta, as well as the President of the parent company, South East Entertainment & Restaurant Group (SERG for short). He has been in the restaurant and real estate business for over 20 years. During the more then two decades in the restaurant industry, Steve has added numerous other successful concepts to the SERG umbrella. He has a knack for understanding what people want and creating it.

Tony Arcuri – VP of Business Development & Operations
Tony is also a native from Pittsburgh and a student of Edinboro University. He joined his long time friend, Steve, in 1984 and deserves much of the credit for the development of the brand. He has been vital not only to the operations inside the restaurant, but also in the marketing of the brand and the development of many successful partnerships with our vendors and distributors. His negotiation, operation, and graphical abilities have been a valuable asset to the company.

James (Jimmy) Loneiro – Director of Operations
Jimmy is a Pittsburgher and an Edinboro alumnus as well. He too joined Steve and Tony in 1984. From the beginning, he has been key to the execution of the day-to-day operations inside the restaurants. In addition, Jimmy is responsible for the ensuring positive community relations and involvement.

Lori Arcuri / Jamie Taylor – Giuseppi's Bluffton, SC
Lori is another member of the team from Pittsburgh and a graduate of Carlow College, while Jamie comes to us from West Virginia (it's close enough). They both have been extraordinary in their development and execution of operational and management strategies for both Giuseppi's corporate restaurants in the Bluffton and Hilton Head area. They bring a combined 26 years of service and experience to Giuseppi's as operators. Jamie and Lori are also widely held as two of the hardest working most respected operators in the area. Together they have assumed the roles of corporate support for many of Giuseppi's operations and have been instrumental in improving every category of the brand.

Adam Carb / Mark Gray – Giuseppi's Mt. Pleasant, SC
Go Steelers! Yep, they're from Pittsburgh, too. Adam, is an alumnus from Indiana University of PA, while Mark is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh. They joined Giuseppi's in 2004 as Franchising and New Store Trainers. They have developed new store opening strategies and refined in-store operations that will help Giuseppi's maintain its high standards of service and quality. Both Adam and Mark have experience with both corporate and independent restaurant companies. They have applied this experience to allow Giuseppi's to maintain its local independent appeal while operating with corporate efficiency and effectiveness.

Together
This team makes up one of the most talented groups in the pizza industry. Their determination to succeed is only outweighed by their passion for pizza and the Giuseppi's brand. This all makes for an extremely promising opportunity and an exciting future.
