Growing up in Pittsburgh, we were surrounded by great pizza. There were neighborhood pizzerias on almost every corner, but there were only one or two whose pizza really stood out. We visited our favorites not only because we craved the pizza, but also because we were inspired by the passion of the owners. We watched them make their sauce and dough from scratch, chop mountains of fresh veggies, and hand-slice the meats.
Looking back, we realize why only one or two places were truly great. They cut no corners. Just as the owners of the neighborhood pizzerias did back then, Giuseppi’s Pizza and Pasta insists on the freshest and most authentic ingredients—we don’t cut corners. Our sauce is made fresh from California tomatoes. Our dough is made daily at our Hilton Head restaurant and Bluffton restaurant locations and the best quality Italian cheeses top our pies. In more than 2 decades in business we have introduced many new products, like our signature Weggies, but our philosophy remains the same…Cut No Corners.
Memories of after-school hoagies and meeting up with friends for late night slices—even first jobs—these are some of our fondest memories and are what Giuseppi’s Pizza and Pasta is built upon. Even today when we go back home to visit, it’s a tradition to visit these same places. Our goal is that we bring the same Hilton Head dining experience to you as we had growing up in Pittsburgh. Our hope is to be your favorite Hilton Head Island & Bluffton pizza restaurant – and to serve you and your family for many generations. That’s what we call a Neighborhood Place.
